Since 1959 at Ponte D’Arbia,in the heart of the Val D’Arbia alongside Via Francigena (Tuscany) the Marini Giovanni’s family, that all of his friends remember of him as “Nanni”, from 1984, daily offers to the gourmands all over world the wonderful fruits of the ancient pastry tradition of Siena:

From Marco’s experience, keeper of dad Nanni pastry passion and nonna Ada traditional recipes ,today as then, the delicacies of this land, rich in flavours, daily come to life. The whole handicraft production of these delicious handmade cakes and the choice of highest-quality raw materials (natural and without preservatives), make the pastry of “Nanni” known and attended by all the gourmands from Siena and not only from them. The cakes of Nanni, strictly made by hands, are famous over the world. Panforte is still cooked in copper pots and then, shaped by hands, to keep unchanged the taste and the ancient flavours. Ricciarelli and Amaretti, made of carefully selected almonds, are kneaded and, then,“pinched” one by one.Cantucci, Brutti ma Buoni, Biscottoni and other cakes, typical of our tradition, are part of a production that has jealously keptthe simplicity of the ingredients, putting perfectly together the handicraft with a strict and precise quality check.Only doing in this way, we can be sure of transmitting to you the sensation of fragrance and taste of our history
