Delicious soft cakes are cooked in a copper pot and left to rest untill become cold, as our family used to do in the past . Similar to the process of Panforte, Torte Floriana have different ingredients, dried and candied fruit : orange and hazelnuts, figs and walnuts, figs, almonds and cedar.
